I spent 2 1/2 years at Keesler AFB between June 1966 and the end of December 1968. It was my home away from home and key to making many good friends.
There is only one good link I have found for K5TYP and it doesn't seem to be kept up to date. It is at http://home.nc.rr.com/k5typ/ and there are a lot of pictures there though practically none from the time I was there.
Were you there? Please email me at:
Or call me on the phone:
73, Tony W4ZT (ex WA4UPE)
