That's an external adjustable pacemaker hanging by my side and
it is connected directly to my heart with four wires going into that bandage
on my lower chest. All the electrodes monitoring heart activity go to a wireless
telemetry transmitter which is out of the picture. It provided continous monitoring
of the heart even when I was out of the room taking a walk.
