I cut a slot the length of the shaft using the milling machine. The slot is as deep as the flat on the end of the shaft. |

I ground another flat on the shaft for the handle too. |

The two brass screws line up with the slot in the shaft. I filed the end of the brass screws so it would just enter the slot. |

Now the handle extends forward and slightly down. |
 5 |
Ready to fly. |
